In this study point collocation (PCM) mesh free method is used for groundwater flow modeling. In this method, some points are distributed on computational domain and it is used shape functions in order to solve governing equation. Choosing shape function is very important in this method. For this purpose, radial basis functions (RBF) and multi quadric (MQ) approach is used to build the shape function. Present model is applied for unconfined aquifer under Neyshabur plain to compute head distribution. This plain is located in northeastern of Iran. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm has been employed for model calibration. PCM model and PSO algorithm are implemented in Python objective oriented programming (OOP) language. There is a good agreement between the PCM model results and the field data.
