Phase-I Project of Deep Water Channel Construction of Yangtze River(2012-2014), including the San-Sha Segment, enables the water depth of Yangtze River Channel between Taicang and Nantong arrive 12.5 meters. This thesis analyzes the sedimentation movement of Fu-Jiang-Sha Sediment, Tong-Zhou-Sha Sediment and Bai-Mao-Sha Sediment with mathematical model, makes prediction of the sediment’s strength and space-time distribution, and provides support of later dredging operation of deep water Channel of San-Sha Segment. The simulation results indicate that the yearly dredging quantity demand of 2010 and 1998, two typical hydrological years, were 8.88932 million m3 and 15.4460 million m3 separately. The main maintenance months were July, August and September during the flooding season, while the main maintenance parts were Fu-Zhong Channel and Bai-Mao-Sha Channel.
