Hendrik Postma graduated as a coastal engineer from Delft University of Technology, and has more 30 years experience in the field of dredging. Besides his role as director at Boskalis Netherlands, Hendrik is presently chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation EcoShape | Building with Nature, chairman of the Vereniging van Waterbouwers and chairman of the Kernteam Delta Technology, which forms part of the Top Sector Water. It is in the latter three capacities that Hendrik will give the keynote address at IAHR 2015, on behalf of the Dutch dredging contractors Van Oord and Boskalis.
